Forward Plans

A forward regulatory plan is a publicly available list of planned or potential regulatory changes to be introduced by a regulatory agency in a specified time frame. Forward regulatory plans are intended to help businesses in Zambia to plan for:

• (i) Opportunities to provide their feedback during the development new or amendment existing regulation,
• (ii) Future regulatory changes.
