Review of the Tourism and Hospitality Act, 2015

The Ministry of Tourism and Hospitality is undertaking a review of the Tourism and Hospitality Act of 2015 to ensure that the legislation remains relevant, responsive, and aligned with current industry trends and international best practices.

The purpose of this call is to invite stakeholders, including tourism operators, hospitality businesses, industry associations, civil society organizations, to submit comments and recommendations on the proposed review of the Act. Your input will help shape a robust and inclusive legal framework for the sector.

Deadline for Submission

All comments must be submitted no later than Friday, 20th January 2026.
