    (1) Under the age of 18 years- per month K 41.40
    (2) Under the age of 18 years- per annum K 249.00
    (3) Of the age of 18 years and above- per month K 84.00
    (4) Of the age of 18 years and above- per annum K 499.80
    (5) Persons not Resident in Zambia- per month                       K 840.00
