Introduction of Proposed By-laws Kitwe City Council

Summary

  • The City of Kitwe has proposed a number of by-laws relating to tree cutting, vehicle parking, stormwater management, booth placement, and street cutting. A Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) was done as required under the Business Regulatory Act. The RIA Report and draft by-laws have been attached to this notice. 

    Comments from stakeholders are hereby invited.
